Payment & Prices - All session prices are as stated at time of booking & will remain once booking is confirmed. All invoices are due upon receipt, unless stated otherwise. If payment is not recieved clients will NOT recieve their edited photos. Upon booking, Linsie Bobbitt Photography will reserve the time & date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For "Mini" sessions (unless stated otherwise) there will be a NON-refundale depost of $20 when you book your time, the remaining payment will be due the day of your scheduled session. 

Photographic Integrity & Alterations - Client will not make or permit any alterations, including, but not limited to, filters, additions, substractions, or adaptations, with the respect of the image(s), alone or with any other material, without the prior express permission of the Photographer.

Requested Coverage - Linsie Bobbitt Photography will accept requested photographs but does not guarantee any specific photographs. Client acknowledges that she/he has reviewed examples of previous work and is satisfied with the overall style of photography that is presented. Client is aware that differences in locations, subjects and lighting will affect the finished result of the sesion. Photographer reserves the right to edit photographs as artstically interpetted. This may mean that some photos may be edited in color or black & white.

Cooperation & Physical Liability - Photographer is not responsible for missed images due to any individual's failure to appear or cooperate during the session. If the photographer feels there is a threat to themselves or their equipment by any subject, Photographer serves the right to end the session immediatley with no further liability to finish the session. Client is responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of all participants in the session. Any damage to equiment caused by the Client are the sole financial responsibilty of the Client. Client agrees to not hold Photographer responsible for any injuiries or damages during or immediately following the session.

Photographer - Photographer may substitute another photographer to take the photographs in the event of Photographers illness or personal crisis. In the event of such substitution, Photographer warrants that the Photographer taking the photograph will be professional.

Copyright & Reproductions - Photographer owns the copyright to all images created during the session and shall have the right to make reproductions. The Photographer maintains the right to make reproductions for the Client or for the Photographer's portfolio, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, editorial use, or for display within or on the outside of the Photographers studio.

Limit of Liability - In the unlikely event that the Photographer cannot perform the Agreement due to a medical or natural emergency, or other causes beyond the control of the photographer, then the Photographer will return the deposit to the Client but will have no further liability. The limitation on liabilty will aslo apply in the event that photographic materials damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.
